Upcycled Linky Party {12}

Happy Monday!  I hope your weekend and your Father's Day was fabulous.  If you're not ready to give up the fun times, then we have you're post-weekend party right here!   Let's check out a couple of the cool projects that linked up to last week's Upcycled Linky Party.

I love this reclaimed wood American Flag from the Thrifty Southern Pilgrim...and you should have just enough time to whip one up in time for the Independence Day Celebrations coming up.

If you're an Etsy Shop owner or just love to ship handmade gifts to friends, you'll love this tutorial on making you're own packaging from a paper bag:

And finally, this week's shop feature is this beautiful vintage hankie baby dress from SelkieMum:

Now on to the Upcycled Linky Party #12.  Here's the run down on the rules:

1.  Feel free to link up no more than one upcycled tutorial that you created and one upcycled item from your shop each week.
2.  Please don't link up the same items or blog posts as in previous weeks, let's keep it fresh.
3.  Follow Love 2 Upcycle by email or Google connect.
4.  This is a party so socialize!  Visit at least one shared link and leave a meaningful comment or "favorite" it if it is an Etsy shop item.  It would be nice if you followed them as well, but it is not required.
5.  Please keep it family friendly and upcycled!  We reserve the right to remove any links that aren't appropriate.

Now, show us what ya got:

  1. Thank you for hosting -- I don't think I knew about your party, so this is my first time. I do love to redo old stuff, so you know I will be back!

    1. Thanks for stopping by, I love your very colorful DIY project and would have never thought to paint fabric.

  2. Wow, what a nice surprise to stop by and see my dress on this week's blog party. Thank you. :D Checking out the other fun links now. :]

  3. Yeah, so excited that you liked our Recycled Paper Bag envelopes.

  4. Great ideas! Love the bags and the dress is adorable. I am going to have to make myself a flag and another bird feeder!
I have a larger piece of weathered wood...great idea for the 4th.

Off to do a little hopping!

  5. Hi guys, not sure if my post applies...I rescued and re-did the potting shed....LOL...if not delete it..thanks for the Party Christine

    1. I think we should leave it as a lesson to all those who are thinking of storing something in the garage for years before finally giving it away to a friend. Maybe they'll think twice! :)

  6. That flag idea is great - my Mom would love something like that for her home. Thanks for sharing these fun ideas!

  7. Hi Tricia! Thanks so much for stopping by and commenting on my blog...yours is fascinating.
