In December we had a fun treasury curation contest. Lovely Squid, an upcycled shop on Etsy, was selected as our first place winner for her collection, In the Bleak Midwinter.

Lovely Squid open it's Etsy doors in October 2011 and has an 100% positive feedback rating. Lovely Squid is owned by an upcycled artist living in an old mill in the seacoast region of of New Hampshire. Check out the beautiful scarves she creates there...

Our last team treasury contest of 2012...

We asked our Upcycled shops on Etsy to create a 16 item Etsy treasury with a winter theme. 17 entries were submitted during our week long contest, and over 500 upcycled and handmade items were pinned to our Holiday Board on Pinterest (for all the treasuries created during December)!!!
